The list has about 22 Champagnes by the bottle, mostly growers such as Chartogne-Taillet, Gounel-Lassalle, Moussé Fils, Flavien Nowack and Oger Vauversin, alongside Pol Roger, Billecart-Salmon and Deutz, and Vollereaux Brut Réserve is poured by the glass. Lunch Monday to Saturday and on Sundays, dinner Wednesday to Saturday. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €20 ($25), bottles from around €95 ($105), with a few under €100.
