Seven Champagnes on the winter 2026 bar menu: Louis Roederer Brut Premier by the glass, then Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut and Blason Rosé, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and Rosé, Cristal and Dom Pérignon by the bottle. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €28 ($30), bottles from around €140 ($155), none under €100.
