Mid-range bistro on Rua da Rosa in Bairro Alto with a wine list that would make a grower fan grin. About 13 Champagnes by the bottle, most of them growers: Pierre Gimonnet, Dehours, Laherte Frères, Dhondt-Grellet, Benoît Lahaye, Ulysse Collin and Selosse Initial and Substance, plus Jacquesson 747. No Champagne by the glass on the list. Price level in 2026: bottles from around €85 ($95), at least one under €100.
