Au Bon Vivant

Au Bon Vivant is a wine, Champagne and oyster bar on the Groentenmarkt in the centre of Ghent. Wines, cavas and Champagnes are served by the glass at its high bar tables, alongside freshly shucked oysters and seasonal small plates. It is a weekend fixture, open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from mid-morning until early evening, and it closes during the Gentse Feesten. A relaxed spot to enjoy a glass of Champagne with oysters in the heart of the old town.
