Bar & Restaurant Julien is the bar and restaurant of Hotel Dukes’ Palace, housed in a historic building with a courtyard garden in the centre of Bruges at Prinsenhof 8. Bar Julien pours an exclusive range of Champagnes alongside Belgian speciality beers, cocktails and tapas. The wine list runs to more than 100 references, spanning French and Italian classics and discoveries from around the world, with a selection also served by the glass.
