Zilte

Zilte is chef Viki Geunes’ three-Michelin-star restaurant on the top floor of the MAS museum in Antwerp, at Hanzestedenplaats 5, with panoramic views over the city. Champagne is a clear focus of the cellar, spanning grower producers such as Egly-Ouriet and Ulysse Collin alongside prestige cuvees like Krug and Dom Perignon. Sommelier Aaron Moeraert offers a changing selection by the glass with each course, from around 14 euro a glass, and the by-the-glass list won Star Wine List’s Best by the Glass award in Belgium. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner on weekdays and is closed at weekends; booking well ahead is advised.
