St. Genevieve

St. Genevieve is a Parisian-inspired Champagne and tartine bar in the Lynnhurst neighbourhood, at the corner of 50th and Bryant in south Minneapolis, from chef and owner Steven Brown. The wine list centres on small-producer Champagne alongside other French farmer bubbles, and sparkling wine is served all day; the zinc bar has ice-filled troughs lined with open bottles, and half-glass pours let guests taste widely. The kitchen sends out French small plates, open-faced tartines, oysters and desserts. Open Tuesday to Saturday for social hour and dinner, with brunch on weekends. Selections rotate, so confirm what is currently poured and the prices when ordering.
