Mara (Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis)

Mara is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and bar led by James Beard Award-winning chef Gavin Kaysen inside the Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis, on Hennepin Avenue at the edge of downtown by the river. Genuine Champagne is offered both by the glass and by the bottle, with by-the-glass pours such as Laurent Perrier La Cuvee, Taittinger Brut La Francaise, Pierre Gimonnet & Fils Blanc de Blancs, Bollinger Special Cuvee and Billecart-Salmon, several served through a Coravin system. A Champagne cart brings additional grower and house Champagnes to the table.
