Berlin’s only three-Michelin-star restaurant, in Mitte (Chausseestrasse), which began life as a wine bar in 2001. Wine still comes first: chef Marco Muller’s cooking and a deep cellar of around 800 references — strong on Champagne, Germany, Austria and France — with pairings by the glass.
