Small fine dining restaurant on Torstraße in Mitte, serving tasting menus. One grower Champagne by the glass (Didier Herbert 1er Cru) and about 12 by the bottle, from Laurent-Perrier and Roederer Collection to Jacquesson, Egly-Ouriet, Huré Frères, Dhondt-Grellet and Philippe Gonet. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €20 ($20), bottles from around €130 ($145), none under €100. Open Monday to Friday from 18:30, closed at weekends.
