Iconic sunset beach club and restaurant built into the granite cliffs at Forte Cappellini, Baja Sardinia, near Porto Cervo. Champagne is central to the experience: table and sunbed service runs on bottle minimums starting with Ruinart (from around EUR 250-500 depending on spot), and the dance-floor tables are champagne-only.
