Nobu Miami (Eden Roc)

Upscale Japanese restaurant inside the Eden Roc on Collins Avenue, with a lobby bar that stays open long after the dining room. About 26 Champagnes in bottles, halves and magnums, from Nobu’s own Grand Cru Champagne from Verzy and Louis Roederer Collection to Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, Dom Pérignon and Cristal; the house Champagne and Piper-Heidsieck are poured by the glass. The dining room serves dinner only. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €25 ($30), bottles from around €110 ($120), none under €100, though half bottles cost less.
