An oyster house and cocktail bar on Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, known for its oyster list and absinthe drinks. The by-the-glass menu dated September 2026 pours Sébastien Girost Brut Millésime 2020 Champagne at $28. The bottle list has about 15 Champagnes from $135 to $715, mostly growers: Laherte Frères Blanc de Blancs, Benoît Lahaye Brut Nature, Pierre Paillard, JL Vergnon, Alexandre Filaine, Emilien Feneuil and Ulysse Collin, with Dom Pérignon 2015 at the top. The bar opens at noon on weekdays and 10 am at weekends, and runs until 1 am, or 2 am on Friday and Saturday. The full menu is served until 10:30 pm.
