Louis Roederer, Bollinger and Bollinger Rosé by the glass, and about 16 Champagnes by the bottle, from Billecart-Salmon, Perrier-Jouët and Philipponnat to Dom Pérignon and Krug. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €22 ($25), bottles from around €130 ($145), none under €100 apart from a half bottle.
