Clockwork Champagne & Cocktails

Clockwork Champagne & Cocktails is the Art Deco lobby lounge of the Fairmont Royal York, across from Union Station in downtown Toronto. It built its name on Champagne, with a list of roughly ninety-seven cuvées, one for each year of the hotel since 1929. Genuine Champagne is poured by the glass, including Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut and Pol Roger Brut Vintage, while the bottle list runs from grower cuvées to Veuve Clicquot, Moët, Dom Pérignon and Cristal. Seafood towers, oysters and caviar round out the menu, with live piano by day and DJs after dark. Open daily; confirm current pours and pricing when ordering.
