Pale salmon pink in colour with a fine and persistent mousse. On the nose, it reveals fresh red berries – strawberry and redcurrant – complemented by citrus nuances. On the palate, the champagne is juicy and well-balanced, offering berry character, fresh acidity and light minerality, leading to a clean and elegant finish.
