At Vin d’Où, everything starts with a love for the product. We, Ilse and Tom, are constantly searching for the finest ingredients. Top-quality, vegetables grown as naturally as possible, meat slowly and honestly raised and aged, and sustainably caught fish. Natural and honest products are our foundation. I consider it a privilege to be able to work with the best ingredients. This passion for the product is reflected in our preparations, which always respect pure flavors and textures, regardless of culinary fads and hypes.
