Randall & Aubin is a seafood restaurant and oyster bar on Brewer Street in Soho. The drinks menu pours Taittinger Brut Réserve by the glass (£19.50, £110 a bottle), Ruinart Brut (£24 a glass, £138 a bottle) and Taittinger Prestige Rosé (£22 a glass). Bottles include Pol Roger (£120), Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label (£125), Bollinger Special Cuvée (£135), Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and Ruinart Rosé (£174 each). Open Mon-Thu 12:00-23:30, Fri-Sat 12:00-00:00, Sun 12:00-22:30. The same list also has prosecco and English sparkling, so ask for Champagne by name.
