Pops for Champagne

Chicago’s original champagne bar, on the corner of State and Ohio in River North, open since 1982. Specializes in small grower-producer Champagnes, with a list of 140+ bottles available by the bottle and by the glass, paired with caviar, oysters, crudo and small plates. Open daily from 3 PM (from 1 PM on Saturdays). A relaxed, knowledgeable spot; reservations recommended for groups.
