Le Grand Colbert

Le Grand Colbert is a classic Parisian brasserie at 2 rue Vivienne, beside the Galerie Colbert near the Palais-Royal, serving oysters, steaks and brasserie standards. Its current wine list opens with Champagne by the 15 cl coupe, by the 50 cl carafe and by the bottle: Besserat de Bellefon Grande Tradition from 19 € a coupe, plus Besserat de Bellefon Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs, Blanc de Blancs and Rosé and Jacquart Brut Signature at 21–24 € a coupe. Bottles run from around 78 € through Pommery, Ruinart, Veuve Clicquot, Billecart-Salmon, Bollinger and Louis Roederer up to Dom Pérignon 2015 (480 €) and Cristal 2016 (520 €), with Besserat de Bellefon also in magnum.
