The beverage menu lists five Champagnes by the 150 ml glass: Le Brun de Neuville Côte Rosée at SGD 37, Bollinger Special Cuvée at 44, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs at 64, Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2015 at 110 and Dom Pérignon 2015 at 135. The bottle list has about 50 Champagne entries, starting with Devaux Brut Rosé at SGD 150 and Henri Giraud Blanc de Craie at 180, and reaching Salon and magnums of Cristal.
