Deutz Brut Classic is poured by the glass, and the list holds about 28 Champagnes by the bottle, from Deutz, Bollinger and Billecart-Salmon to Egly-Ouriet, Selosse Substance, Cristal and Krug. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €18 ($20), full bottles from around €110 ($125), none under €100 apart from a half bottle. Lunch Tuesday to Friday, dinner Tuesday to Saturday.
