Dee Plee is the Thai fine-dining restaurant at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort on Layan Beach, serving traditional Thai recipes as tasting menus and a la carte, open daily 6:00pm to 11:00pm. Genuine Champagne is available by the glass (Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve, around 790 THB) and by the bottle, with a range that includes Drappier Brut Nature, Philipponnat Royale Reserve, Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee, Taittinger, Moet & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Louis Roederer and Bollinger, up to prestige cuvees such as Krug Grande Cuvee, Dom Perignon and Louis Roederer Cristal.
