Grower champagne by the likes of William Saintot (Montaigne de Reims), Helene Beaugrand (Montgueaux), Jean Josselien (Cotes de Bar). Champagne houses such as Brimoncourt (Aÿ), Bernard Remy (Reims).
Alongside classical method sparkling wine producers from Portugal (Luis Pato, Sidónio de Sousa, Quinta das Bágeiras, FitaPreta), Spain (Monastell Montsant Cava), and Italy (Nicosia – Sicily).
