An intimate six-seat Champagne lounge tucked inside the library of the Park Hyatt Chicago on the Magnificent Mile, opened in 2025. A reservation-only experience: Champagne by the glass, served as a curated pairing with bites such as caviar, truffle deviled eggs and foie gras macarons. Open Thursday to Saturday, 3–8 PM. Book ahead, as seating is very limited.
