Bulles & Bonheur

Bulles & Bonheur is a Champagne bar at 73 Avenue de Champagne in Épernay, opened in 2017 by Élodie, a winegrower, and her husband Fabrice, a former rugby player. It is the home of Champagne Elodie D., a grower Champagne from the Premier Cru village of Écueil. Guests taste the range on the terrace, at the bar or in the boudoir lounge, with charcuterie boards to share, and can book a guided tasting or a go at sabring a bottle. Since 2023 the neighbouring building at number 71 houses a gastronomic restaurant, guest rooms and a spa set in the cellar.
