Keith McNally’s French brasserie on Spring Street in SoHo, open all day, seven days a week, from breakfast through late supper. The wine list has a dedicated Champagne section. By the glass there is Taittinger Cuvée Prestige Brut at $33 and Autréau Premier Cru Brut Rosé at $35. Bottles run from Louis Roederer Collection at $120 and Gosset Grande Réserve at $125 to Bollinger, Pol Roger, Charles Heidsieck, Billecart-Salmon Rosé, Dom Pérignon 2015 and Krug Grande Cuvée. Growers are well represented too, with Mouzon-Leroux, Franck Pascal, Eric Taillet and Paul Bara, plus a few half bottles and magnums. Reservations are a good idea, the room is busy at most hours.
