Dominic is THE no 1 place to visit in Tallinn old town, if you are champagne lover! They have huge selection.

Nimitr Restaurant and Rooftop Bar, situated on the 27th floor of 137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok in the Phrom Phong area, combines ingredients from our family farm and the surrounding region with modern culinary flair, enriching Bangkok’s vibrant Thai dining scene.

Their specialty seems to be Taittinger, which they also have 37.5cl bottle. Louis De Sacy Cuvee Blanc de Blanc is also on the menu.

They have Moet, Ruinart and Veuve Cliquot. They don’t have exactly by the glass, but they have different sizes of bottles, so that’s basically the same.

And also other popular names.

It was 20€ per glass. Unfortunatey I don’t remember the name of the champagne but it was good. Probably they have bottles also. And there is also a restaurant, that most likely serves by glass, but not sure.
